About Me

I was proudly born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where I still reside today. My love of art stemmed from a very young age, with art classes in school or craft days at summer camp becoming some of my core childhood memories. I've been painting or crafting with regularity for as long as I can remember! 

I'm a University of San Francisco alumna and previously dedicated myself to years of federal service with the USPS. But my heart yearned for more, and in 2024 I took a leap of faith by following my dreams and launched my art business full-time. Creating art that exudes joy is truly my passion and every morning I wake up so grateful that I get to bring others happiness in this way. My work most often features a florescent color palette with botanical and floral elements being a staple subject, as I'm frequently inspired by the beauty of nature and the science behind bright color stimulating dopamine production in the brain. 

In October 2024, I was asked to do a silent auction live painting for LEAD Agency, a grassroots Environmental Justice organization dedicated to ensuring the health and safety of the people living in Miami, Oklahoma, and the surrounding areas in Ottawa County. This started an amazing working relationship not only with LEAD Agency but also with other organizations in the Tulsa area. In February 2025, my angler fish sticker went viral on TikTok, amassing an absolutely astounding 6 million views in less than 7 days! This catapulted my art business into the stratosphere, and I made over $10k in sales in two weeks. The success of going viral continues even today, and I can't wait to use this success to make more positive changes in my local community and the world at large. 

When I'm not painting, you can probably find me studying languages (I'm currently learning Mandarin!), cooking, traveling, playing with my 2 cats and my little dog, or spending time with my incredible partner Daniel.
